The Carnatter vehicle report consists of proprietary data and data supplied by selected third party providers. Use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below ('Terms and Conditions of Use'). In using this website you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions of Use and are legally bound by them.

In using this website, you agree not to copy, reproduce and/or display any vehicle data on or from this website by the use of 'screen scraping' or any other means used to extract data automatically.

The acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Use creates a Contract between us that governs your use of the Website and any product(s) you purchase (the "Contract").
The contract formed by our agreement to fulfil your request for a vehicle report and all other vehicle insight provided in this website is between you and ASSL. Information obtained via this website is strictly for your use only and is not to be relied upon or otherwise used by any third party. The services offered on this website and these Terms and Conditions of Use are subject to variation at any time. No such change will have retrospective effect. Information supplied by you while using this website will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The vehicle report does not give any statement regarding the roadworthiness or general condition of any vehicle reported. Having selected “Continue” you have no right to cancel the contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. ASSL may deny use of this website to you if ASSL believes that you are in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions of Use. These Terms and Conditions of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, contain the whole terms of the contract between ASSL and You and no other written or oral statement is incorporated in such contract.

Product names, trademarks or service names or marks or company names mentioned on the Website and in connection with the Services are the trademarks, service marks, or business names of their respective owners.

Detailed in this section are the purposes for which we may use your personal data that may include your email address, user ID, vehicle registration mark (VRM) or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
Permitted purposes of use include, to;
